Urban Dining Group is a Toronto-based hospitality management and consulting company, providing operational consulting, buying synergies, brand licensing, and strategic support to an affiliated network of independently owned and operated restaurant and hospitality businesses across Ontario.

Our network spans a diverse range of concepts operating in non-competing market segments — including family dining and sports bars under the Gabby's Kitchen + Bar brand, wood-oven pizza and bar under Hey Lucy, Italian casual dining under Lucy's Italian Kitchen, large-format destination dining under the NBA Courtside Restaurant brand, and artisan retail baking under Daisy's Cookies. Former project also include Lavazza Espressions coffee cafes, Amsterdam Brewhouse and Amsterdam Barrel House, District Eatry, Same Same Thia restaurant, and others.

With nearly four decades of direct hospitality industry experience, our founding family's expertise spans location selection, lease negotiation, AGCO compliance, concept development, kitchen design, product procurement, and management structure consulting.
